About Unified Lighting Control

Unified Lighting Control completes the BAS, incorporating lighting and HVAC controls on the same network. This network consolidation eliminates surplus hardware required for stand-alone and gateway lighting control. As a result, installation and maintenance costs decrease while simple and complete building control increases energy savings. This approach provides more savings for less cost.

Relay Panel (RP) is a UL Listed lighting control panel. RP may be scheduled from any BACnet BAS and is compatible with all low voltage switches, occupancy sensors, and light level sensors. RP mounts near the circuit breaker panel to provide centralized control of branch lighting circuits. Relay Panels are available in 08, 16, 32, 48, and 64 sizes to accommodate up to 64 Lighting Tough Relays (LTR).

Retrofit Interior (RI) replaces existing relay panel electronics and relays with a single back plate mounted assembly. Installation retains the original line voltage wire, conduit, and enclosure reducing labor as well as material cost. RI may be scheduled from any BACnet BAS and is compatible with all low voltage switches, occupancy sensors, and light level sensors. Retrofit Interiors may be specified in 8, 16, 32, and 48 sizes to accommodate up to 48 Lighting Tough Relays (LTR).

Retrofit Kit (RK) replaces existing relay panel electronics. RK installation retains the original relays, line voltage wire, conduit, and enclosure reducing labor as well as material cost. RK models are available for conversion of existing relay panels which utilize common LTR, 2-wire, 3-wire, or 5-wire relays

Zone Control (ZC) is a UL Listed distributed lighting controller in a compact junction box mounted package. ZC may be scheduled from any BACnet BAS, and it is compatible with all low voltage override switches, occupancy sensors, and light level sensors. ZC is suited for new or existing buildings, and may be scaled from basic to advanced control sequences; including daylight harvesting, load shedding, equipment optimization, and trending.
